It is raining a lot outside, and so I am NOT at the outdoor performance I was going to go to tonight. It's been a pretty good day though. After class, Pericles handed back our first papers, and I was pleasantly suprised, because he said he'd graded harshly, but my grade was just fine in my opinion. I then headed out to Zone 2 to see the Estorick Collection. It's a collection of Italian art. Right now I think a lot of it is at the Tate Modern for the Futurist exhibit. It was still cool though. They had an exhibit about Missoni the fashion design family.
I then wandered a little ways from the gallery and had a bagel in a nearby square. On my way home, I stopped in King's Cross and made a recording of the tube roaring in. Haven't listened to it yet though. Stopped at a bookshop too and picked something up I think Thomas will like. Finally, I did what I've been needing to do for several days and did my laundry. It was fairly untramatic, except when I realized that I'd brought a line, but no clothes pins. So I tied the rope on one side, threaded the clothes onto it, and then tied the other side.
Pretty riddiculous, but I didn't have any other options. So, I think I'm going to chill out and try and get some work done. Baker Street and the British Library tomorrow. Stonehedge on Saturday.
